Inventory continues to climb. There are some very motivated sellers of single family homes, particularly in the million plus range. If you are in the market for a single family home, you can now find some great buys. Some are mentioned below.
Summit County announced this week that they will reduce building fees to encourage building this year. Only 9 permits have been issued for new construction, compared to over 200 for all of last year. Building costs are down about 20%, so now is the time to build. Please visit Custom Builders website for details on building.
